5 Random Things about Me
Inspired by a post by hollysqrd on Wordpress.

1. I enjoy working out at 5am daily.

2. I run one 5k per month.

3. I lived in Hawaii for 3 years.

4. My writing journey began in the summer of 2019.

5. I love apples with peanut butter.

  1. I like how succinct this is! And it also leaves me with so many questions- like why one 5k per month? How incredible was Hawaii? Favorite peanut butter brand? Perhaps all of these could be future slices!

    1. Weight Training has replaced running, but I don't want to completely give it up. Hawaii was incredibly incredible, especially the people and the food. Favorite peanut butter brand in Smucker's Natural Chunky.
I have notebooked the whys behind my 5 random things. You may see it posted soon.

  2. I agree with the comment above. A list like this begs to be expanded. 5 future slices?

  3. 1. I could never, ever work out at 5 am.
    2. I could never, ever run a 5K.
    3. I would love to visit Hawaii.
    4. I remember when you writing journey began! ;)
    5. I love apples with salt.
    6. I loved learning 5 random things about you!

  4. So glad to share the writing journey, Donnetta. I , too, remember when it began. Happy slicing! :-) P.S. What's up with a 5K each month? P.P.S. I want expansions, please!

  5. I love your random list, and I agree with the other comments about wanting more details! I'm also feeling inspired to go make a random facts list for my slice today, too!

  6. I love to hear these random things about people and I wonder what has prompted you to run a 5K every month (I wish I was able to do this)! :)

    1. You so can do this. I foot in front of the other. Little by little. I started by walking. I only run one 5k per month because I weight train mostly now, whereas I used to run mostly. Don't want to completely give it up.
