Flexibility

Flexibility
March 5, 2020

There will never be an end to the amount of things teachers have to do.

We will never have enough time to get it ALL done.

Contractually, we are owed certain pockets of time.

But, there are times when being flexible must override what is due you. (in my opinion)

Being flexible in situations that are out of others' control shows a willingness to support.

It helps entire system, which is more important than getting what you're owed. (in my opinion)

  1. The lines that stuck with me: Being flexilbe shows support and that it is more important than getting what you are owed. Those would be my opinion too!

  2. The idea of flexibility being a way to show support resonated with me, too. I like that. I'm going to think on that some in relationship to my own life and work. Thank you.
